Cheesy Chive Chicken Burgers

Simple homemade cheesy chicken burgers

These delicious burger patties scream summer to me! Prepped in under 10 mins and cooked in about the same too!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1⁄3 cup finely chopped parsley

  • 3 tablespoons minced chives

  • 2 teaspoons pre-minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 pound ground chicken

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine parsley, chives, garlic, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.

  2. Add ground chicken and combine ingredients gently using your hands. Do not over mix.

  3. Divide meat mixture into six equal portions and form burger patties.

  4. Cook burgers on a preheated grill or grill pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully

    cooked. OPTIONAL add cheddar slices on top.

  5. Serve on a toasted whole grain bun or a large lettuce leaf with your favorite toppings and condiments.

  6. Enjoy
