6 Weeks to WOW: Round 2!

ROUND 2 STARTS NOW!✌?My 6 weeks to WOW challenge group started today & I couldn’t be more excited. If you followed me through Round 1, you know that I joined forces with an NBA strength & conditioning coach/celebrity trainer & the results so far have been ?!

I was getting comfortable in my routine & lacking discipline so I knew I needed something to give me that extra push & this was it! I got pleasing results in round 1 (even with a somewhat relaxed nutrition plan) so I cannot wait to GO ALL IN & see how I look/feel when these next 6 weeks are over.??I’m going to come out of this a stronger, better version of myself & I couldn’t be more excited for my Sweat Squad members who have committed to this round with me!
