Her passion for helping others speaks volumes. She will hold you accountable by checking in regularly, offering help as needed and will always challenge you to crush your goals! I was struggling with finding time for fitness as owning a business and being wife/mom keeps me busy.. so I reached out for help and she happily helped me rediscover my passion for working out, eating healthy and getting my mojo back! She helped me pick out a workout program that fit my lifestyle and provided a nutrition plan to follow. She is always cheering me on and I know I can count on her for advice, motivation and encouragement. She’s a wealth of knowledge on all things health & fitness but what’s so special about working with Simone is how much she truly cares for her clients! She has changed the lives of many, myself included. I am thankful for her as my coach & friend.
