Simone's personality shines so genuinely in all of her posts!

Before working with Simone I felt defeated, insecure and frustrated. I had been following her fitness & health journey on her adorable Instagram feed. Her personality shines so genuinely in all of her posts and I decided to go all in! I committed to her 8 week program that was a combination of HIIT training and weight/strength training. I started at 155lbs, ended at 147lbs. Not a huge weight loss, but I definitely gained muscle in my arms, back, and core! I feel so more confident showing off what were previously my “least favorite” parts of my body. I also feel more confident in the gym with lifting and form and I've almost tripled my weights for many exercises!
