Tammy joined our Sweat Squad in April & is absolutely crushing her goals, so much so that she even surprised herself! An avid runner, gym goer & fitness class junkie, she thought her progress would be over the minute her gyms & fitness studios closed... but when there is a will, there’s a way. She went from a size 41 waist to 37. She smashed time off her 5K PB & finished in the top 5 for her age group recently. Her wedding ring may need to be resized as its too big & she is proud to show off her new body & confidence to family & friends
