How to Get Out of your Comfort Zone.

Why is it that when someone else needs encouragement or reassurance to give something a go- we can give it out so generously and fearlessly. Yet when it comes to reassuring ourselves, we are so quick to tell ourselves that we can't do something or that we are simply not going to do it well enough?

A great way to boost confidence and self belief is to step outside your comfort zone and do something that pushes you and intimidates you. Perhaps it is trying a new group fitness class at the gym or joining a running club, perhaps it is recording a radio advertisement @iheartradio with @jluedeke for @bodycraftfit 😮🤯

If there is something you want to do but have lacked the courage to attempt it, challenge yourself to be brave. Don't put it off for another moment. Don’t say no to new opportunities. Don't wait for the next Monday, or a new year - today is the day & NOW IS YOUR MOMENT!
