How to Navigate Pregnancy Cravings, Nausea & Eating for 2!

To any expecting mama out there who is looking for a comprehensive guide to nutrition and exercise during pregnancy, I have something special to share with you!

I remember how hard it was navigating the cravings, "eating for two" and information overload out there about literally everything when I was pregnant with Gray. I was adamant that I wanted to continue my daily activity and fuel my body in the best way I knew how in order to keep myself and my growing baby healthy and strong.

I typically love having a plan and knowing what I'm eating each day, but pregnancy changed a lot of my habits (including my nutrition) and I stepped away from my typical "counting colors" program to a mindful eating program.
