Some of my highlights:
💪 Amazing stretching that pinpoints tightness and alleviates it for daily life.

💪 Amoila is amazing. He is really teaching us how to make our bodies more functional for daily life. A six pack is awesome. But being able to lift boxes and kids and keep up with anyone is even better.

💪 New power bands! These are so much better than the plastic ones - you’re going to love them.
