Trader Joe’s Haul- Snacks Edition

Here is a super small Trader Joe’s haul “Snacks Edition” that was highly requested from my IG followers.

Although I didn’t have a great deal of time to wander and read nutrition labels, I managed to find a few things that passed the test!

🏆Coming in in first place: fruit bars.

Love that the ingredients list is so small & literally just fruit. Apple & strawberry is just that. Banana & mango… the same! No added anything. A great snack to add for the diaper bag for Gray or to your pure if you’re traveling as it doesn’t need refrigerated.

🥈Runner up: TJ’s Coconut Chocolate Date Bars.

These contain just 5 ingredients- all of which you can pronounce and are well known: dates, almond butter, coconut, unsweetened chocolate & cocoa powder. #glutenfree and #delicious we would buy them again!

🥉3rd Place: ABC bars.

#glutenfree #vegan Very similar to the above (but I would 100% recommend the above variety) as these bars have 15 ingredients some of which are not “foods” and include added sugars too. So a good swap for a candy bar? Sure. An everyday snack? I’m not too convinced.
