5 Tips to a Healthier Gut

For my girls who missed this mornings “Gut Health Workshop” live, be sure to listen to the replay. It was incredible.
For those not yet enrolled but wanting to heal their gut health & learn more, here are some simple steps to follow:

  1. Keep it simple, especially when you are first getting started with a new way of eating. Don’t attempt to implement too many changes at once or promise yourself you’ll make a bunch of new recipes (and then feel like a failure when you don’t)

  2. Build meals around what you like. If you notice something doesn’t make you feel good, take it out for a few days and try it again later.

  3. Buy produce that is in season

  4. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water

  5. Attempt to add fermented veggies 2-3 times a week (or more) in your regular meals like on a burger, in a salad, on top of avocado toast, in a bowl or wrap. So delish and your gut will love you for it!
