When was the last time you said ‘tomorrow’?

I was stuck in my excuses, my mindset, my misery. I was lacking excitement for life. I was feeling some sorta way about myself that I had NEVER experienced before. I kept telling myself that it was just in a season of hard and I’d get through it, but I wasn’t making any changes to any part of my life that would assist in making things better… until l did. I started paying attention to my thoughts and energy. I started auditing my day and the excuses that arose when I felt down or overwhelmed or defeated. I started to do things right then and there in the moment that I was putting off because of **insert reason I was telling myself**.

If I continued to search for “the right time” to start, I’d possibly never have started! In between all the regular days (do they even exist?) there are always days of being too tired, stressed, overworked, too busy, holidays, vacations and the list goes on! But if we continue to put it off... will we ever start?

Ask yourself this- when was the last time you said “tomorrow”? What was your excuse/reasoning? Why not today?  Don’t feel selfish for choosing to spend 30minutes on yourself! Don’t feel uncomfortable choosing a healthy meal when others are ordering a pizza! Don’t put yourself second when you deserve to come first!I chose to start because I was sick of not feeling good. Sick of not feeling accomplished or proud or productive or excited. This was the first week of CHOOSING ME, and I’m feeling the shift already.
